This policy explains what information iLocksmith24 collects, why, and what happens to it. iLocksmith24 is a mobile automotive locksmith service operated by Patoka Corp, serving Milwaukee, Wisconsin and the surrounding area.

Information we collect

We only collect what is needed to quote and complete a job:

• Contact details — the phone number you call or message from, and your name if you give it.
• Vehicle information — year, make, model, and in some cases the VIN, which is required to cut a key to code.
• Location — the address or spot where the vehicle is parked, so we can reach it.
• Proof of ownership — we check a title or registration along with photo ID before making a key. We verify these documents visually and do not retain copies unless a specific job record requires it.
• Basic site data — standard web server and security logs, including IP address and browser type, kept by our hosting provider.

How we use it

Information is used to give you a price, reach your vehicle, complete the work, verify ownership, and keep a record of the job for warranty and accounting purposes. That is the whole list.

What we do not do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not pass your phone number to marketing companies or lead brokers. We do not send promotional text messages or calls to people who have not asked for them.

Sharing

Your information may be shared only in narrow cases: with a payment processor to take card payment, with our accountant or tax authorities as required by law, or with law enforcement where we are legally obliged to respond. If a job is carried out by a technician working under Patoka Corp, that person receives only the details needed to do the work.

WhatsApp and phone contact

If you contact us through WhatsApp, that conversation is handled inside WhatsApp and is subject to their own privacy terms as well as this one. We reply to enquiries you start. We do not add your number to any list or campaign.

Ownership verification

Making a key to a vehicle is a security-sensitive act. We require proof that the vehicle belongs to you, and we will refuse a job where that proof cannot be produced. This is not optional and it protects every vehicle owner, including you.

Retention

Job records are kept as long as needed for warranty, accounting and legal purposes, and then removed. You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask for it to be deleted where we are not required to keep it.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels. The embedded map is served by Google and is subject to Google's own privacy terms.

Children

This service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
